Missing Submit bar/button in New Topic on Mobile

The Submit bar/button for New Topic is missing on Mobile. Whether accessing my instance of the forum via straight mobile browser, Brave (default) and Chrome, or PWA it does not appear. It is available if I change the mobile browser to Desktop mode. The Submit bar/button is also there when replying to a post.

I've looked thru the setting to see if I had something wrong but I haven't been able to narrow it down.

I'm on NodeBB v3.5.1 and using the Harmony theme but this has been an existing issue for me.

Turn in it off for now, seems like it is bugged on mobile.

That worked! Thank you for the quick fix/workaround. Will disable on my live instance for now too.
