Definition that restrictions cannot on managers

I am starting with NodeBB, and I wanted to ask, I tried to like a user's post, but nodebb told me that a user with less than 10 reputation points cannot give likes. I also tried to create a topic with only two characters, but it told me that the post should contain at least 8 characters. Is it possible to configure the restrictions to apply to regular users but not to administrators? I want to keep the restrictions for other users, but I don't want them to apply to me.

The restriction is silly.
To say you can't like a post until you have +10 net likes yourself!

That value can be configured in the ACP but it applies to everyone right now.
