Does the Harmony theme support the recent-card plugin?

This forum seems to be using the Harmony theme, which displays recent posts on the homepage in card format.

I really like this type of card, may I ask how it was implemented? It seems that the nodebb-plugin-recent-cards plugin only supports Persona theme. Can you help me? Thank you!
