No I don't follow the user, and yes I'm logged in.
The weird thing is that it displays and disappears randomly, both on Chrome and Firefox.
Keep in mind this is a local install.

@Giorgio-Chiodi I'm not entirely sure, can you try cloning the repo rather than through npm, I'm not sure if my changes have been pushed.

cd rm nodebb-plugin-twitter
cd node_modules
git clone https://github.com/dovydaskukalis/nodebb-plugin-twitter.git

If that doesn't work, I will try and get nodebb installed on my local machine and have a look, unless anyone else has any ideas I haven't explored...

@Giorgio-Chiodi I did, sorry. Seems others are having an issue with embedded tweets on localhost. I'll need to have a look into it.

This plugin needs an update, doensn't work on mobile (safari) or steam browser

Hi, I have just installed 0.6.1 and noticed this plugin does not embed anymore.

Need an update ?

Actually could be the localhost issue, I did however see it working at one stage ...

It would be great if somebody who knows how to do that could upgrade the plugin to also support URLs with x.com instead of twitter.com as domain name.

Simple change to make the plugin work on x.com urls (twitter.com urls will still work)
