Problem with the dropdown-menu in the first post

When you click the options button, the first time it opens down, but the second time it opens to up, and the top menu bar hides parts of the menu.
This blocks the editing option of the post.

In this forum, only 50% of the screen is available when scrolling down

It seems to work fine on this forum, which is why Baris asked...

That said, there are some oddities with the dropup handler in the topic tools, I fixed it in Harmony and it wasn't an issue in Persona given how high up the button bar is, but if it can be reliably reproduced, I'd be happy to take a look.
