private links, email addresses in the posts

is there any way to make email addresses, phone numbers, or links in the posts private, so they are only visible to registered users...

users sometimes share this kind of information in the forum, and we do not want to make that info public... just like how it is shown for the "uploaded files"

I wonder if there are any ways to do this?

@crazycells Could be interesting use case. Else otherwise educate users to do such via private messaging? The latter of which, may well be preferable from security stance?
