For some reason this option is missing from the settings, although it does come up in the settings search.
I can upload pictures to posts but no other file types.
Havent found the answer so asking here...
This became a global privilege so you can find it on that page. Seems like the language key wasn't removed from the settings page so it is still showing up in ACP search.
