How to rename a topic?

I've got a forum up and running on NodeBB 1.17.1 running on an Ubuntu 20.04.2 VM. Everything seems to work well and I've figured out most of the things I need to know... I just can't figure out how to rename a topic. I'm using the forum as a kind of wiki and I don't always name my topics correctly, so it would be handy to be able to rename a topic. I've read some other posts that talked about spam topics getting through some kind of filter because the original poster created the topic with a non-spam name but then renamed it to something that was spam, so maybe this functionality is turned off by default?
