Summary mails have broken link

In my nodebb installation the summary mails contain links that do not exist.
They include this link: https://forum.church.tools/topic
But this leads to an error page.

Is there a way to configue the summary mail, or is there something else that is wrong in my installation?

I think this was fixed here https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/issues/9382. It will be included in 1.17.0
