Sound Management

Earlier commits introduced sounds for notifications and chat messages. You can now customise the sounds played. Future commits will allow plugin "sound packs".
... and no, icq.mp3 and msn.wav aren't included by default, because they're not free sounds
but someone could include them as a sound pack when it becomes available 
To Do
- Allow plugins to specify sounds to add to this list
- Allow disabling of individual sounds
- Allow global disabling of sounds
- Button to reset to default sounds

@frissdiegurke The text notification can be disable from your browser. It's an Html5 extension that can be allowed or not in the browser page properties. When you first connect to the site, a popup ask you if want to receive them, for this session or forever or never.

Ah, didn't know that but I'd like an option by NodeBB too, therefore it's easy to change and all settings can be found at one place...
