Not able to access Persona settings

Recently we upgraded to 1.13 and since then several things not longer work. Can't upload to Imgur any longer and also not able to access the Persona Settings in ACP.

Persona doesn't even show up in the plugins. Trying to get to it by address gives me the below.

No one else has had this happen since upgrading?

Couple things to try.

Stop nodebb and run ./nodebb build and try again.

Also run ./nodebb plugins to check active plugins and see if persona is active.
