I'm not really good with Redis. Do you know how to delete user directly in database ?

try redsmin out. It took a little bit of setup but it makes your life much, much easier especially if you're new to Redis (like me)

There is a other solution because, i try to delete an user directly in the database but there is problem ?
The Users tab in the administration panel doesn't work after that.

You might have to delete it from some sorted sets, see https://github.com/designcreateplay/NodeBB/issues/746 for a list of stuff that needs to be deleted to remove a user. It isn't as simple as just deleting a single entry unfortunately.
