bug with skin/theme

I need help with skin /theme bug...User skins are disabled at them moment, ive installed nodebb-theme-slick, maybe thats why everthing is bugged. I uninstalled but bug remains...

Under Admin -> Appearance -> Skins, tehere is no current Skin! Is that normal?

I also tried to enable user skins and switch it with no effect. i tried it with lavender persona and vanilla.
CSS is disabled, Console from Chrome shows no error, everthing seems fine in logs...Please help.

I don't know why and how but ive updated from 1.6.x to 1.7.x and the bug is history...
And i will never ever install nodebb-theme-slick again!

This is not an issue with slick theme, it was related to a bug in core https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/issues/6306
