Configuring duration of Notification Alerts

When a notification is pushed to the user interface, I would like the length of time of the notification increased so that the user has more time to read the notification. Is there a way to configure the notification duration?

Edit: or even make them sticky

@alexander-elliott You will have to modify this value, I agree 2 seconds seems a bit short. If you set it to 0 it will stay until the user dismisses it.

@baris would love to update this to show a timer bar at top, with onhover pause of dismissal. In fact, I might start that now.
