Post reactions - Add reactions with emoji's to posts

Built an initial version of post reactions so users can react to posts with emojis. Right now you only get to react with one of the available 3 reactions (smile, wink & rage). Most of the features are built except more emoji selections.

• Click on the emoji to add a reaction. Click again to remove reaction.
• Reaction count is updated right after adding/removing a reaction.
• Hovering over the emoji shows usernames of people that reacted with that emoji. Usernames are also automatically updated as more people react.
• Darker border around the emoji means you have reacted with that emoji.

I like it! Having an option to select other emoji might be cool, but I like these three.

Is this also going to be a plugin so people who still use Persona cna use it?

@MJ don't think so. Post reactions require template changes and placement will be different by theme. Not suited well for a plugin.

That is too bad. I love the Slick theme, but my forum users LOVE having the Bootswatch skins (some of them like dark, some like the crazy colors), so no Slick and no reactions.

Maybe we can get this baselined

big changes:

Integrated with emoji plugin. Now you can pick any emoji available from the emoji-extended plugin for reaction.

Click the + icon to open the emoji modal. No more reactions with 0 count.

Maybe add some maximum displayed icons so list doesnt get too long
