[nodebb-plugin-giphy] Search for gifs in the composer

It's kind of silly but I just did this one to see if it was possible. It's a bit rough around the edges but fun to play with!

@Bri Great plugin idea. I just tried this and a lot of times no options are returned but when you press enter it links a gif?

@Bri Also, when it does bring up the available searches some clip off the page and you can't move them.

@torn2 I'm not sure what you mean by it's doesn't give you options, it looks like you got your options in the second screenshot.

That's also what I meant by it's a little rough, and why the default limit is 3

@Bri Sometimes I'll do &dogs and no choices show up, but when I hit enter something will post. Why not try it horizontal instead?
