stylesheets not minify?

It appears to me that nodebb merged stylesheets stylesheet.css and railscasts.css is not minify.

Is it intended not to minify the css? If yes, any reason? Thanks.

@Bruce-Lee css files included from plugins during LESS file processing were not getting minified in stylesheet.css. It's fixed on master.
