Looking for Custom Forms

Hey guys, I run a popular gaming site. Theres an in game action that requires 'administrative approval' and players just flood our inboxes with this info. Its just necessary for us when running the game servers. Anyway, I'd love to incorporate a form a registered user can submit but I can't seem to find any good plugins. The only one I found isn't functional and isn't being worked on. Let me know if someone has something or willing to help out.

Could you tell me more about your plugin requirements? For example, do you need to track and review submissions, or just e-mail them? I can update nodebb-plugin-forms to the latest nbb, it is still mostly functional, although not feature-complete.

Is it possible to add the forms on a (custom-page) page? Today i use a ajax + php form with google smtp.

If it where possible I could use NodeBBs mailsetup for my contakt forms

Yes, i would love to be able to track and review submissions. Our admins need to review the submissions regularly. We get about 2-3 submissions a day right now using google forms and I have to notify them when the form is updated. This would be a HUGE help.

@yariplus Would this plugin allow forms to submit content as new topics in certain categories?

I'm currently looking for the best method to create custom forms so that when users create new topics, their posts are uniform and contain certain fields of information.

@btw6391 Not in it's current state. But, it would be a feature when completed. (I no longer do web development full-time, so it may be quite a while before I work on this plugin again.)

Ahh dang, would definitely be a nice feature! I've resorted to making a quick and dirty plugin that will add new fields in the composer.tpl file.

Would be nice to one day have this plugin up and running to make my forms much more flexible!
