v0.9.3: Email "tests" display [NodeBB] and not the name of the forum

Low priority bug fix request. While testing my email settings all of my tests were being received with the subject line of [NodeBB] and not [My forum name].

I ended up chasing my tail for about 20 minutes trying to figure out where in the settings I can change the outgoing subject line. Then I finally setup a scenario that generated a "real" email and voila the email subject line did not say [NodeBB] but rather my board name.

This is a very low priority bug fix request but fixing this may help another new user from losing a bit of time looking for a setting that isn't relevant.

Thanks @Rod, I believe this is fixed in master already
