Plugin updated to support NodeBB v0.9.x

New Features:

Topics and posts created by new users are now hidden from other users until the user is approved by an admin. They will be visible for the users themselves and admins. (Idea suggested here gh#3552)

Admins can either approve the user or delete them from the plugin's ACP page.

Clicking on the username will take you to the users profile page where you can review the posts made by the user.
