We use the stock Persona theme with a pattern. Very simple to apply. Link can be found on my profile

I'd suspect you're gonna run into 94% persona, 5% lavender, 1% other, for the most part.

We run a heavily modified version of @pichalite's excellent nodebb-theme-material over at Coloradorks.
