Redactor Composer 1.3.4 Released!
-
@lulzdevlol At the moment it would involve updating this file:
https://github.com/NodeBB/nodebb-plugin-composer-redactor/blob/master/static/lib/redactor-emoticons.js#L40To have extra items (and then obviously adding those items to the /static/emoji folder.
In the future this can be enhanced to allow emoji upload, and then loading them dynamically, but for now it's a code change.

Couple of issues posted on the Github for you gents.
Remove focus from Redactor & using Tab key · Issue #30 · NodeBB-Community/nodebb-plugin-composer-redactor
I tried to explain this in the NodeBB forums but it probably looked confusing. There's two points. First point: When you go to begin a new topic on NodeBB with the default composer, input is automatically focused on the Title field. You ...

Firefox issue - posting · Issue #29 · NodeBB-Community/nodebb-plugin-composer-redactor
I have found a bug in Firefox (which I can't replicate on Chrome, IE or Opera) - other users have reported it happening but I don't know what browser they use. I'm using the Persona theme on NodeBB, which is version 0.8.2. After replying...

@drew Unbelievable... You pay $500 for OEM license and they even don't give it to you for free. Anyway, I don't see much change in appearance, maybe it is a bit better in code-side/features, but the current one you bought is already good enough in my opinion. Thanks again for making it possible!

That's pretty surprising...
-
oem version is $1495 now, face palm

Excessively. It's a great editor, but you could hire someone for that price! Far too much for an off-the-shelf product.
Just, wow.

Playing devils advocate here, but I imagine they realized that a one-time payment covers thousands of potential customers. So if every open source software with an editor paid once they'd eventually run out of people to buy it, hence the reasoning to not give away the license for the next version for free.
$1500 though. Damn.
They should at least give a discount...

I will accept a new version for new app from scratch but upating a few things with same core and pretend all people to pay again for same software it just wont happen.
It is not a 10$ dollars app its 150$ dollars for a single domain license
It just have no sense for regular people -
And the oem license without upgrade plan is a joke

Angry emails save the day. I just got a reply saying I've been given the OEM licence for Redactor II. Woo!
Grats well done
Btw nee redactor makes all text plain so no more cut & paste html content directly. Maybe that is bad for your plugin?
