Tags in thread list don't use colors assigned to them

I noticed that tags in the thread list don't use the colors assigned to them.

Is this a feature, a bug or a problem in my custom CSS?

Tag colors inside posts show up OK.

I'm using the default theme and running the latest 0.7.3. version of Nodebb.

Seems like a bug to me. It works in the vanilla theme.

Looks like color info isn't added on topic lists https://github.com/NodeBB/nodebb-theme-persona/blob/master/templates/partials/topics_list.tpl#L32-L37
