Themes. What do you want to see?
-
If you're a regular you know the awesome work done at http://convoe.com
Also, check out the Lavender theme, which may or may not become the NodeBB default theme, replacing Cerulean. (What's the next Pokemon city that we take over?)
What are you looking for? Please submit your ideas. Do you like a theme from another forum software? Maybe we can port it. Or are you looking for something totally radically different from what we're used to? Submit your thoughts here
If you're interested in developing a theme I want to talk to you, let me help you get your feet off the ground. There is a theming guide but if you're still stuck I'm here to help!

I do intend to craft a theme, when I have some free time. The main requirement will be that the topic page has a sidebar, just like the category page. And the sidebar has to be at least 300px wide (310px will be better, but not more than that).
Also, I'll be looking for a theme that has a place holder for a leaderboard display ad (768 x 90). These are just the specs that a commercial publisher will be looking for.

looking forward to seeing that @planner, make sure you message me if you run into any issues.

it will be cool if each theme have some form of configurables... for example background or some frame changes.

I haven't even started yet, but I'll let you know. I'm hoping that somebody else will beat me to it.

this thread hopefully still active, we are looking for more ideas to implement in lavender and/or future themes. maybe every major version of nodebb will come with a brand new theme!

Widget locations! Also I'm missing the share options for posts in this theme.

@planner nvm haha, thought the heart was a complete replacement for favourites.

@Mr_Waffle
It's deceiving. I think it will be changed later. There should be a favorite button, a share button, and a vote up/down button in that left-side corner.
Agreed, this would increase the usability.
