I would be great, if the Restart- & Reload buttons would also appear in the plugins section. Because there is the place, where they are needed most of the time.

I would like to have a central element in the upper menubar of the ACP that indicates if there are any kind (Forum, plugins, whatever) of updates available. Something Like "fa-rotate-right" or "fa-refresh" with a badge. When clickin on it, a popup lists the items which have updates.
