Efficiently developing a theme

Hi there!

I'm working on a theme for my company and wanted to ask if there is a way to efficiently do this? At the moment I always have to reload nodebb from the admin panel and then refresh the browser. That is a bit annoying.

I'm used to develop my websites with a grunt or gulp file that serves the content with browsersync and always live reloads its. As far as I see there is no way of doing this with the templating system?

Start NodeBB with ./nodebb watch and it will reload automatically whenever detects a change.

@BAlex @xuso Now, you don't even have to do that!

$ npm i -g grunt-cli
$ grunt

Then develop -- no LiveReload support yet, but who knows, maybe that's on @psychobunny's mind...
