@a_5mith - yeah it was pure coincidence, we've been looking to replace the forum for quite some time.
Oh, and the url is http://forum.motorcyclenews.com - we've migrated >44K users and >660K posts.
I'd be interested to know how you went about preserving passwords, did your old software use the same encryption or did you create some form of fallback for first time use?

@psychobunny we just changed our domain name. Could you please change community.modlab.ca to community.kamloopsmakerspace.com ? Thanks!

You can add http://onlyanexcuse.com to the list if you wish.
We've moved from Vanilla. Not that's there's a lot wrong with Vanilla, it was the best option for us in 2012 and though it's regularly updated, I kept running into issues with it and it was taking up more of my time fixing things than trying to run the community.
Quite impressed from an admin's perspective of NodeBB, I just hope our users find it similar enough to use - one of the main reasons for choosing it; I didn't want to throw them back into an old-school style of message board.

Im using it again with my new development team.

Call it ironic, but it's down.
