nodebb upgrade error

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my nodebb installation to v0.5.5. When I am running ./nodebb upgrade I get the following output with lots of errors.

Remove the halloween theme. Probably not compatible.

npm rm nodebb-theme-halloween

Thanks, that solved the issue, I could upgrade with no errors.

Yes, nice catch @a_5mith. Incompatible themes requiring outdated versions of the vanilla theme often cause npm to abort. It's not a pretty sight
