Make sure your url value in config.json matches the url you use to access the forum.

Please post stack trace of the crash.

That link is generated using the value of url in your config.json file. Change the url and remove the 4567 and set up nginx to reverse proxy.

can registered user post in Group ? i didn't see the New Topic button .

@cissurf you can create a chat for any group. You can create a group specific form category through privileges, but this is not done automatically.

It is installed automatically when you install the Redis server.

As @pitaj says, we recommend Node v6, although come October, we'll switch to recommending v8 :shipit:

Installing NodeBB on a VPS with dependencies installed is very easy. You need to type a few commands in the terminal. The skills you would need is almost same as ability to copy paste commands from available tutorial. Try Ubuntu as OS. Good luck.
