Actually, as I messed with my NodeBB's installation and broke it, I just cloned it from the repo and then it worked

Just before that error, the dev console also shows a 404 error, not sure what might be causing it?

I'm recently unable to load up the forum. When I check the dev console, I can see this error:
Uncaught Error: Script error for: vendor/async

What would that mean? How could I fix it? I'm using version 0.0.23-4 for the Lavender theme, and version 0.3.2 (commit 4309fe3) for NodeBB itself.

Or you could use StartSSL only for community.nodebb.org, but not sure if that would fall under their "no-commercial" policy.

I think you can already check the IP but you need to ban the IP (via .htaccess for example) and delete the posts manually, so for this feature!

NodeJS is simply more modern and I would even say it's a requirement for all modern web apps that need to be real-time.

Personally, I used SSO with Twitter to avoid sending my password in clear-text. Might be a good way to avoid sending passwords over the Internet in general.

Don't forget to enable HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) if SSL is enabled for this site!

Vanilla should be completely up-to-date as I've cloned NodeBB directly from GitHub on the new server.

First of all, we love using NodeBB

... until our former hosting provider messed up with our forum, causing it to go down and broke it. In order to prevent this from ever happening again, we've decided to move the forum to our own private server, by shutting down NodeBB, dumping the Redis database to dump.rdb, installing NodeBB on the new server and finally, putting back the Redis database.

Most parts of the forum are now working perfectly, but there are some issues with the forum.

• The post owners (names and avatars) are not shown in the category page and in the topic list (admin).
• The quick links to replies on the homepage are broken. It redirects to something like forum.shoutca.st/topic/#123 instead of forum.shoutca.st/topic/321/title#123 (I believe the slug is missing from the URL).

Has someone got an idea about what might be causing the issues?
