I've solved the problem adding a global footer text.

@mschwartz there are two "versions" of the preview links plugin. One is the officially supported one you're using courtesy of @julian and the other is a client side version I wrote. Whilst not a plugin in the traditional sense, it's in use on my site (and several others I know of).
