Are notifications working on this forum? [nevermind]Best guess is that the NodeBB staff cleaned out the notifications for reasons beyond our knowledge. Magic!!

Using CloudFlare with NodeBB@ThingBreaker last time I checked with there live chat... I had 2 people say 2 different things. One said that they didn't support websockets at all (how!?) And the other one said it on there most expansive plans. One thing is for sure. They cannot make up there mind with what package supports what features

A harsh lesson learnedLets go onto more horror stories, As some of you know I have a dedicated server in my house, since he I like a high power bill . While I was doing some maintenance on my server like cleaning out accumulated dust and so on. I decided to take a in the RAID cage. See if anything has gone in there. while working on the server I nearly tipped it over. But what was on top of them? 2 1TB HDD's in raid 0. (Yes... Raid 0, of all the things I could have chosen...) Both HDD's died, and currently have a older 2TB HDD in my server without any Raid. Lost some good data from those drives.

v1.0.1... semver, automated builds, plugin upgrade tools, and more!I know I can keep saying this many times, and I actually will... Since he why not. But I love to see the quality of life changes on NodeBB, you guys changed up the moderation system since it was sub-par, and now it looks allot better. The blacklisting of IP's is surely a nice addition. Can't wait to see what you guys do next in terms of inbuild features and what not.

Is there any development plan for App( iOS & Android)?@julian I actually had the idea of using the NodeBB API to pull in and compile all the data on its own to make it look pritty and whatnot, although my my skillset that would be virtually impossible

Require login on the total website? The easiest way is to setup your forum permissions that the Guest group cannot access and read any of your category's. To do this you go to your category management select the category and uncheck all guest permissions under the permissions tab.

New Raspberry Pi is officially released — the 64-bit, WiFi/Bluetooth-enabled Pi 3 is powerful enough to be your next desktop. And still $35.Just show off with your sleek looking mirror displaying a live feed of the NodeBB forums

New Raspberry Pi is officially released — the 64-bit, WiFi/Bluetooth-enabled Pi 3 is powerful enough to be your next desktop. And still $35.Speaking of timing, as much as I love my giant dedicated server. Its getting a tad expansive, and that new Pi looks like a good way to offload some of my lesser applications I run to it

nodebb-plugin-sso-facebook not working as expected@tomanagle Hmm, I've attempted to use HTTPS to your site and cannot appear to connect. However HTTP works.

Mandrill Changes@whitts well, unless you want to go through all the hoops of setting up your own mail service either for private use or letting us leech onto you ;). Its still a pain, my local ISP blocks outbound 22, forwarding mail to Google and so is confusing (atleast for me) and the plain setup of a good and secure mail server is even worse then forwarding it in my opinion. I really feel like somewhere within there how many years we have the email protocalls someone decided...
Lets screw up majorly

Mandrill ChangesI highly recommend mailgun. Never had a issue with them after switching
