[End excerpt] Anyway, I penned about 3 chapters for a book tentatively called "Go Take A Hike: Defeating Depression On Nevada's Trails." It was sort of my nature origin story. The one where I explained my knee injury, and a confluence of events that started to save me from myself.During the last few weeks, it feels like that story has picked up again.
