I do not know. I would not buy a Tesla and not only because of Musk. I believe vehicles should have dashboards and overall not play too much with things like turn signals and the like, placing them on the steering wheel.

Tying tariffs and antitrust undermines the concept of antitrust. This is a very unfortunate move.
There is plenty of reasons to regulate Big Tech and we are happy with those that take them on. Those kind of moves undermine all of it.

Vivaldi relies less on Big Tech than most. We do not have deals with Google or Microsoft for search, for example.
It is always difficult to come up with every single option. I do mention that I understand that doing everything in one go is not always an option. You just have to select the option most correct for you.
If you use a mail client, such as Vivaldi, you can easily have multiple mail addresses and gradually move mail from one to another.
@usaryan1 , indeed. It is unfortunate. You can, however, choose to use a different browser, mail client and other services on your phone, even though you have to use a Big Tech OS.
Many are switching away from Big Tech right now. There are many reasons to do so. Have you?
I understand that switching out everything in one go may not be feasible for everyone, but you can always take smaller steps.
@LiseSw , we do provide Vivaldi.net mail, but only in limited supply. I think FastMail and Proton Mail are good alternatives as well.
Adding BankID would be a larger undertaking for us, so there are no plans for that, but it is an interesting idea.
There are some good choices there: DuckDuckGo, Startpage, Ecosia and Qwant come to mind. Kagi and Mojeek as well.

I wish self hosting was easy to do, but sadly it is not. Not so much a technical issue, but I fear you may get blocked by Big Tech.
Ready to move away from Big Tech?
There are options. Choosing those options will require you to learn something new, but that is a small cost to pay to get away from Big Tech, IMHO
Here are my suggestions. Feel free to add your own:
1. Browser : Vivaldi. That one is a given for me, obviously.
2. Mail client : Vivaldi. You may wonder why you need a mail client, but besides the technical benefits, it makes it a lot easier to move between mail services or even use more than one.
3. Mail service : Fastmail. They have been around for a long time.
4. Office software : Libre Office.
5. Video conference : Whereby.
6. Desktop OS : Linux.
7. Social : Mastodon and the Fediverse in general.
As said, I am eager to hear what you are using to help me move away from Big Tech as well. Always looking for new things to try.

Over the years I have done my fair share of negotiations. Being forthright and trying to see the other side is what I prefer to do. Understand what is important for both sides.
Some like to rather just get the best possible deal, even if it means screwing the other side. You may win some that way, but overall you end up loosing, IMHO.

One story that has not gotten a lot of focus outside of Norway is this one:
The players:

2. Nicolai Tangen, head of the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund.
Tangen had invited Musk to speak at a conference and attend dinner. Musk initially said yes, but then reversed after the Norwegian fund had voted against his package.
The story shows some of the communication between the two, as required by law. It shows a petty and disrespectful Musk, as you would expect. The Fund is a large investor in Tesla.
