I’m shuffling my few years now of Pixelfed presence over to the brand new pxlfd.ca.I am a huge PF fan and will continue to support @dansup materially, but PF is taking off like a (not explodey) rocket and @pixelfed.social is going to become like mastodon.social, huge and crowded. I joined then moved off of Mastodon.social in 2017, though I continue to chip in to the Mastodon project. Same deal. I like a cozier local timeline, while being a total fan of the project.

IFTAS is a worthwhile effort. It is an independent, non-profit agency focused on Trust&Safety tools and initiatives for the distributed, federated social media realms (ActivityPub and AT Proto for now).From: @iftas https://mastodon.iftas.org/@iftas/113782480105091132
