This feature does not seam to work in 1.18.0.

The Group posts does not change if i set a category id.

Yes indeed, it works with addTags. I figured it out on my own but thanks for the reply @baris

createTags stopped working in 1.18.x or has been changed in some way.

console.log(await topics.createTags(['a-uex' + data.post.uid + '-film'], data.post.tid, Date.now()));

returns undefined

It seams it adds the tag and update tagcount but it does not add the tag to the topic.

Can someone confirm?

Thanks, filter:post.getPosts works fine and has uid for the logged in user.

Did use filter:post.getPostSummaryByPids for summary.

And filter:teasers.get for teasers. All have uid

Nodebb-plugin use meta.settings.get
Nodebb-widget-* does not have support for meta.settings.get

Nodebb config global is stored in meta.config.* and should only be used for nodebb core? Old plugin used meta.config.* but that the where a prefix on the key value so we know what config is for what plugin

I still use meta.config.* for settings for everything. I only have global configs for my widgets and plugins.

What is the preferred way and why?
Will meta.config.* be deprecated ?

I hope data.uid is the user that is active in the frontend.

Do you know if this also works for lazy load of posts. (when it loads more posts when scrolling in the thread?

Or does post.get hook only work for the first thing that loads?

Or do I need to modify multiple hooks postData.

1. I have a setting that should say. Only when guest else modify urls in postData both on logged in user and guest. Which is default.

2. The plugin modifies external weblinks. And that must work when loading more posts in a thread when scrolling.

I have this hook and I want to change the behavior when no one is logged in. Problem is that i do not have the req data for the current user. (Uid)

@baris any example for a noob like me? I just want to load client.js when composer is active due to that it only is needed when working it the composer

2. Is there any nice way to include a client.js file only if the composer is started or open? Now i use scripts in plugin.json and the client.js will allway be included.

It started to work now again on my dev.

If someone have the same problem

• Try to clear cache
• Use inspect element and check clear cache option
• login with incognito mode from the browser.

That is all i did, I think

NodeBB v1.17.1

error: /login
invalid csrf token

Nothing more in the nodebb dev log. Works in incognito mode but not in normal browser mode.

Had this issue with my live site to but it solved it self somehow. Now I have the same issue on my local dev site that does not work in my browser in normal mode but only in incognito. I have tried to clear the cache but it does not help.

The front responds with

Is it possible to set viewable for non guests for posts or threads?

How is the data for post history stored, any tips on making this manual query?

Using mongodb, but its kinda dangerous with raw queries. Need to make backup first.

Maybe add a low prio TODO for a "cleanup" admin page

Is there a safe way to clear the post history for db optimize. I know I can disable post history but its nice to have it enabled.

A clear function would be nice or "clear all except x posts"

I was trying to troubleshoot this issue but did not find any way for a more verbose nodebb build. Is it possible to see what the build script is doing step by step.

Like bash -x does as an example?
