Here's s request: please don't poke fun at Americans. Roughly half of them are heartbroken or even frightened right now. They're the ones who read you. The folk that made this a reality don't, and if they do they give zero fucks what you call them. So maybe just show some compassion.

Is it sinking in that the first Trump term was just a lame practice run? That a bunch of extremely rich, extremely influentual and extremely evil people have been watching and are now at the ready to activate the real thing? Are you aware that either you can preserve democracy now by giving it a landslide victory or try to wrestle it back from powers that basically don't care wether you live or die except as consumer cattle to be milked?If you think this is an exaggeration, watch carefully now.
