Here's s request: please don't poke fun at Americans. Roughly half of them are heartbroken or even frightened right now. They're the ones who read you. The folk that made this a reality don't, and if they do they give zero fucks what you call them. So maybe just show some compassion.

One thing that has appalled me is that THIS scene is possible at all--physically possible I mean. That, for starters, can and should be fixed. And yes, then there's A LOT more that needs fixing. Fuck the Tom Coxes!

Is it sinking in that the first Trump term was just a lame practice run? That a bunch of extremely rich, extremely influentual and extremely evil people have been watching and are now at the ready to activate the real thing? Are you aware that either you can preserve democracy now by giving it a landslide victory or try to wrestle it back from powers that basically don't care wether you live or die except as consumer cattle to be milked?
If you think this is an exaggeration, watch carefully now.
