So South Dakota is trying to pass an amendment that will deny Medicaid for disabled folks unless they meet certain work requirements. It's called Amendment F. The people (rightly!) opposing the amendment have titled their campaign "F, NO!"There are some good people here.

Saw a video this morning of a body builder flipping over a car with her bare hands. The comments were all ripping on her about how the car was pretty small and had the engine removed. So I guess just do what makes you happy and don’t worry about impressing people because they’ll find fault anywhere.

@naught101 @gureito @dramypsyd but vampires aren't bound by the legal state, but by magical law that makes a person's home their realm. They also can't enter churches and other hallowed ground usually, and those are places open to the public that legally can be entered by anyone.

WW Norton, the publisher of my Neurodiversity book (launching April 2025), sent a statement to all their authors stating that they oppose the use of AI to replace authors and committing to never consenting to our books being used to train an AI model. They are lobbing for laws to protect authors from our words being used for this without our consent.Just thought everyone would like to know that about them.

I saw a FB add for a therapist bot and decided to read their privacy policy. They have a cutesy little paragraph that's like, "You can be totally anonymous, we take your privacy seriously, no account needed, click here to read the legalese" and the "legalese" bit said that they access your identifying and contact info, including location, when you download the app and are allowed to track your phone.All other concerns about therapy AI aside, what the FUCK is THAT.
