Obvs this just applies to me, an American, currently in Dublin.
Paracetamol is mostly like Tylenol but makes me sleepy and Tylenol doesn’t.
Tesco seems like Super Walmart.
M&S is legit. Sorta like if Target tried harder.
“Authentic American BBQ” means Texas BBQ. They should say that instead because…yeah. (I am a NC BBQ kind of gal).

@a11yMel paracetamol is just a different name for acetaminophen, it should be entirely identical.

@sarajw there are some versions with caffeine and without. Even with the one that had caffeine I felt drowsy.

@a11yMel how odd! Wonder if whichever brand / supermarket generic you've picked up - or maybe they all use the same in the UK - use some kind of supposedly inactive ingredient that reacts with you.
