@andycarolan @philomath we are generally welcoming, but it is good to note that polls on our upcoming election places our watered-down Trump well in advance. Our health system is also free but the waiting lists makes it hard to access for non-life-threatening care. And while we are definitely more left-leaning nation, we still got plenty of people with balls on their truck too...

@denis I think a lot of places are experiencing similar. We had the same in the UK. Labour are marginally better than the Conservatives. @philomath

No matter where, we'll always have to protects/advance all rights by fighting the fight, the advantage we have is that it's easier in the parts of the world where you won't go to jail for protesting peacefully in the street.
