#Russia fired a missile at a commercial vessel carrying #Ukrainian grain to Egypt.
The ship was in the exclusive economic zone waters of Romania, a #NATO country, when this happened.
Grain is Ukraine's main export, so further such attacks could seriously damage its economic growth.
