Many news reports on the Trump/Arlington kerfuffle mention that partisan political activity at the cemetery is "illegal", but fail to specify what laws are involved.
Among them:
32 CFR § 533.32(c) prohibits partisan political activity in conjunction with memorial services.
32 CFR § 533.33(c)(3) prohibits unauthorized speeches.
32 CFR § 533.33(c)(16) prohibits "disrespectful or disorderly conduct", presumably including shoving army officials.
These can be found at https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-32/subtitle-A/chapter-V/subchapter-D/part-553

This, of course, is really just me seizing on an opportunity to show off the fact that I know how to type the "§" symbol.

Several people asked about penalties and what you'd actually get charged with. As a starting point, see 18 USC § 1382, which prohibits entering any military facility "for any purpose prohibited by ... lawful regulation". This would include violations of the regulations I cited earlier. See https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1382 .
This carries a penalty of fine and/or imprisonment for up to six months.
Other criminal charges may also be possible here, such as assault, depending on the facts.
