Kool Keith is still spinning up new artist accounts with the same name on Bandcamp. I saw 5 #KoolKeith accounts on BC with over 70 different albums released in the last 20 years! That's not even counting major releases like Dr Octagon or Ultramagnetic MCs.
Though #DrOctagon is "dead", Keith is still releasing concept albums under various characters like Black Elvis, Dr. Dooom, Alvin Kelly, Mr Controller, & The Preacher. Wikipedia says he's released music under 58 different monikers as of 2012. -

@docpop 🤯
Is any of it any good?
I am a big fan of the dr octagon album and bought dr doooom way back when—but then stopped paying close attention when he switched to just churning out albums, as it seemed like the motivation switched to quantity over quality.

@exkclamation I'm not feeling most of it, but there are some occasional gems. I thought about writing some suggestions for Kool Keith albums of the past 10 years, but I realized it's all so subjective that my favorites might not be your favorites. It's worth checking out though.
There are some good songs on Demolition Crash (which is a compilation of unreleased songs and collabs). https://officialkoolkeith.bandcamp.com/album/demolition-crash-2
Some folks really like Project Polaroid https://koolkeith.bandcamp.com/album/project-polaroid
