@davidgerard I know nothing about nothing, but I would guess that it's not just greenwashing, it's futures trading.

Everyone, most of all investors, understand the bottleneck for AI being power delivery. AI companies cannot talk to investors about future gains unless they have some story about how to address the power problem.

Now they have that. It won't work, just like their core tech, but that doesn't matter. They have a story they can sell.
