You could probably say the revolution has already started and things are so tense people will believe it's true and run out and start the revloution.

Okay, but still

we wont get any good revolution by just throwing stuff around. planning and organization are the most important aspects of a revolution
-
Lmao! That genuinely made me laugh in a good way

I personally think it’s only a matter of time. Trump is terrible at the type of finesse needed to properly ‘boil the frog.’

Progressives and MAGA both love Luigi Magione. Every shitty thing Trump does is another inch added to the smoke screen that the billionaires are hiding behind.
We take the fight to the individual billionaires, we're gonna have unity across the entire political spectrum in a second.

I hope so. Traditionally the fascist way is to pick off small groups so they don't have to frog boil as much. Hoping they overstep their bounds and people get pissed and do something.

Does make me wonder how many people are trying to affect local change. That's not going to get notice by anyone online, after all.

Personally I think the frog is already well done, but Trump is the exact kind of stupid to crash the economy when given ultimate power.

It shows you've never been to a third world country. You have no idea how bad things can get and people still chug along.

People who want a revolution have absolutely no fucking clue how badly it would turn out if it’s so much as even tried. Know this: It’s not the 1700’s anymore. It’s not going to go down like that at all.
It’ll be a fucking bloodbath.
And once the smoke has cleared, for all the effort and untold innocent lives lost- nothing will have moved the needle in a favorable direction for anyone. In fact, I’d all but guarantee we’d live under an indefinite martial law the likes no one has ever seen.
It fucking sucks SO bad that we’re here, don’t get me wrong. But never in history has charging the guards in a prison ever netted a positive result for anyone, and sadly, that’s where we are now. It’ll just be risking too much for not nearly enough.
And don’t even ask me what alternatives there are. I’ve no fucking clue. I wish I did. But this is one of those situations where one might not know the proper way to exit an airplane at 32.000 feet, but it’s safe to say they know damn well not to do it without a parachute.

We just had one, they won easily with almost no resistance, and are in power now.

Literally a tactic that Russia was / is using to destabilize the US. Remotely organize an event and hope people show.

Interesting enough, that's how the Berlin wall got taken down. It was announced in the news that it was happening immediately. The actual order was going to be the next day, but when people in the crowd started taking down the wall, no one stopped them. The soldiers were told to just stand down.
