I got a COVID vaccination and a flu vaccination yesterday morning. One in each arm.

I’m very grateful, but also ALL MY MUSCLES ARE SORE.

I would like to lie down now please.

@samir I got both in the same arm a month ago. I was trashed for three days (fever, headache, exhaustion), but then I rather abruptly got better.

(I've actually never had any muscle soreness from any of them.)
