Shit man, you gotta get that checked out. This is the "honk at me" feature. It means your car has detected that you're an idiot and everyone will start honking at you and passing you on the right.

In my experience an unexpected light on your dashboard is about $1000 minimum at the dealership. I fear for the owner.

I thought that's how BMWs already worked.
-
Pray tell for what reason are you asking OP this?
-
Because older people tend to flip it on and leave it on with no intention to change lanes or turn anywhere

It's because BMW doesn't top up the indicator fluid as standard during service.

Don't worry, it'll be fine in 0.5s.
Oh no, it's back!
Never mind, it's fine.
Wait no!

And use Snapchat too

"nevermind, it's fine, it turned off by itself when I made a right-hand turn"

If you pay extra for the service, they will disable the lights for you.

I think it means your speedometer is displaying double your actual speed. So you can go at a speed that the speedometer says is twice the speed limit, and you'll actually be going at the speed limit.
Hope that helps

lol I came upon a BMW that clearly had just missed his turn (he slowed down, realized it was too late to make the turn, then sped up again), then turned on his turn signal to pull into someone's driveway to turn around.
I said to my wife, "This BMW driver is so lost, they're using their turn signal!"

I followed your advice, now I'm sitting in jail. What did I do wrong?

It's pointing at 100 which is the minimum speed the car expects to be doing.
Really it's just a gentle reminder if you're not driving it right
