A few weeks ago I posted a calendly link for anyone who wanted to speak with an internet friend (me).
I’ve spoken to around 10 people so far, and it’s been a great experiment! It’s run the range from people I kinda know online for a decade or more, to people I’ve met at events, to total strangers who were curious.
I’ve learned fun things from everyone. I may extend this experiment (at least until I start my new job)!

@HumToTable I use gmail for my calendar stuff so it just uses my availability there

@HumToTable for people who sign up, you can just put a phone no if you prefer a phone call. Otherwise it sends you a zoom link

To be clear you don’t have to turn on your camera or tell me anything private about you. Some people do that too! We usually don’t have an agenda, but I feel like we make it work
