Ad on YouTube that claims that a simple oximeter can measure blood sugar, blood pressure and more. Ad uses the logo of the famous Charité hospital in Berlin. That hospital has a dedicated page on their website [1] warning about this scam. I report it to Google as being a misleading ad that makes false claims. Well.

@jwildeboer maybe notify the hospital that someone is using their logo, they might have more power to get YouTube to take it down than a regular person does.

@maggiejk The hospital knows. They put up their own warning page as even they couldn't force Google to stop these scam ads from being played.

@jwildeboer Don't call it a 'scam', call it a 'trademark violation'. Different lawyers will get involved, with a simpler-and-clearer law to apply.
